Want To Become A JSU™ Supercard Merchant?
Thank you for your interest in the Jackson State University Supercard Program and your willingness to contribute to JSU. The Supercard Program is a declining balance program that works almost like your regular debit card. This program permits students, faculty, and staff with funds available in their accounts to use their Identification Card/Supercard to purchase goods and services from participating merchants.
JSU SUPERCARD APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
* A Supercard Merchant Application
* A copy of your State of Mississippi Business Permit / Licenses
* A copy of your most recent food inspection report, if applicable
* A copy of Certificate of Registration/Licensure, if applicable
* A copy of your State Board of Health Food Inspection Report, if applicable;
